Billing Manager
Support business expansion by leading and planning billing operations across multiple markets and geos. At an early stage it will be all in one person, responsible for payments, compliance and payment solutions integration and onboarding.
MANAGE MULTIPLE BILLING INTEGRATIONS INTO PAYSENGER:

Identify markets and geos of business expansion in close collaboration with Product and Marketing Teams;

Payment aggregators and processors research, negotiations to ensure the best processing services and rates, partners onboarding and integration;
DRIVES TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS AND INTEGRATIONS:

Design billing roadmap in collaboration with a Development team;

Create technical requirements. Identify/ resolve all issues that could impact billing processing;

Initiate and conduct project meetings with all involved to discuss project expectations and deliverables;

Proactively identify and resolve gaps and escalate if help is needed;
BILLING OPERATION MANAGEMENT:

Coordinate legal, financial, analytics and compliance parts of the project (policies, procedures, protocols, standards, reports, trainings in accordance with the requirements of regulators, tracking and analysis of changes in the rules of payment systems and regulation;

Define metrics to measure billing success;
REQUIREMENTS

Relevant experience in fintech;

Familiar with payment processing ecosystems, including technology, security and compliance and regulatory procedures and requirements (KYC, AML and so on);

Ability to perform strategic planning and priority setting for a billing department;

Excellent project management skills, problem solving and ability to motivate others to deliver results;

Analytical skills, working with data;

English upper-intermediate +
